Film Room Specialist (QC, Sizing and Packaging)
This position performs quality control of film products and cuts the raw material to the size called out on the work order, and packages the film for shipment to the customer. Requirements for success include 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to read, complete and follow details on documents written in the English language. Develops daily reports and sends them by email to production manager, customer service, purchasing and inventory.
At the interview, applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to perform mathematical calculations, read English, and type brief memo’s in Outlook Email. Job Code: FLM1108-01
CNC Machinist – Mills
1st Shift – 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. – 4 openings
2nd Shift – 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. – 5 openings
Set up and/or operate FADAL CNC MILLS. Prefer 3+ years programming, set-up or operation with tolerances of +- .001 in specialty metals like Stainless Steel, Titanium. Candidates should be able to make operational adjustments to verify parts match engineering specifications during run-time and be able to make program corrections. Experience with FADAL models or Fanuc controls is a plus. Candidates must personally bring their own hand tools if hired.

Set up and/or operate CNC LATHES. Prefer 3+ years programming, set-up and operation with tolerances of +- .001. To qualify, candidates must have experience in specialty metals like stainless steel and titanium. Position makes adjustments during machine operation and must be able to verify parts to engineering specifications. Program experience to make corrections to programs running Mori-Seiki or Lynx models with Fanuc controls is a plus. Candidates must bring their own hand tools if they are hired. #MSH 0808-02
Cable Fabrication – Seeking Trainees and Experienced Offshore Cable Fabrication
Night Shift – 1 opening – 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. / (2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.)
Would you like to learn a trade with high earnings potential? Can you work 12 hour shifts, days? We will train interested applicants who can demonstrate mechanical and mathematical aptitude. Some of the machines you will learn to operate include twinners, bow-twisters, bunchers, extruders, and much more. Required PPE includes safety glasses and steel toed shoes which will be provided by the company. We seek candidates who are interested in learning this fascinating line of work starting at the ground floor.

This position performs general labor tasks associated with quality control inspection and testing, including water testing of cables. Provides assistance to the QC Technician. Conducts inspections and tests with water submerged electrically charged cables in a controlled environment. Participates in the Quality Metrics System. Candidate must have knowledge of mechanical inspection procedures and tools, the ability to read prints/drawings, test fixtures and gauges, and must have good communication skills. Previous experience preferred.
